Extreme Faith Camp 2025

Extreme Faith Camp (EFC) is a week-long, high-adventure, Catholic camp that we put together for our youth with several other parishes. EFC includes daily Mass, the opportunity to go to confession, Eucharistic Adoration, various prayer opportunities, and of course fun, summer activities, such as swimming in the lake (huge inflatable included), archery, laser tag, zip lining, and so much more!

EFC is parish-based. While this is a camp primarily for Middle School students, we need and encourage High School teens to join in on the fun as leaders on either the Prayer Team or the Extreme Team to help lead this amazing camp! Sunday, July 6th, 2025 is a mandatory training day for all high schoolers. 

There are a limited number of people we can bring. Spots available to middle schoolers are first-come, first-serve. Once spots are filled, a waitlist will be created.

Dates for Middle Schoolers: Monday, July 7th– Friday 11th, 2025.

Dates for High Schoolers and Adult Volunteers: Sunday, July 6th – Friday, July 11th, 2025.

Location: Trinity Woods Catholic Retreat Center, Trego, WI

Mode of Transportation: Carpool

Total Cost of Event: $450/person
A $100 non-refundable deposit will be collected with this registration. The final payment ($350) will be due by May 1st, 2025. If writing a check, these payments can be made out to St. Jude of the Lake Catholic Church. Scholarships and grants are available.

Trinity Woods Activity Waiver/Health Information Instructions

Prior to logging in please be sure to have your Health insurance information and Tetanus vaccine information handy for filling out the Medical Information. We are asking families to fill out a more detailed Health form to assist our volunteer nurses serving our participants.

Trinity Woods Activity Waiver Instructions:

  1. Click on the link –  https://trinitywoods.campbrainregistration.com
  2. Create an account or log back in
  3. Add camper(s) to the account. NOTE: Please add all Campers/Extreme Team/Prayer Team minors.
  4. Select for each camper or Adult: Duc in Altum : July 6-11 (and add to cart). There is no charge. 
  5. Complete the Household Information Form
  6. Complete the Activities Liability Waiver and Photo Release for each Camper/Extreme Team/Prayer Team minor. 
  7. Complete Health Form
  8. Submit the registration.
